DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

01. PRODUCT TYPE

All products sold on this website are digital design files only. No physical T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, or printed item will be shipped. Customers will receive the design file by email or download link after payment is completed.

02. DELIVERY POLICY

Digital design files are usually delivered instantly or within 24 hours after successful payment. If you do not receive your file, contact support with your order details.

03. REFUND POLICY

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final once the design file has been sent. If your design has already been delivered by email, download link, or any other method, no refund, return, exchange, or cancellation will be accepted.

Refunds are only possible if:

  • • The file was never delivered
  • • The wrong file was sent
  • • The file is corrupted and cannot be opened

04. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request cancellation within 2 days of payment by emailing zenvastra.in@gmail.com. Cancellation is only possible if the digital design file has not yet been sent. After the file has been delivered, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

05. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer's responsibility to read the product description before purchasing. Every product page clearly states that the item is a digital design only and not a physical T-shirt. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.

06. USAGE POLICY

Purchased designs are for personal use only unless commercial rights are specifically mentioned. Customers may not:

  • • Resell the original design file
  • • Share the file with others
  • • Claim the design as their own
  • • Upload the file to marketplaces or print-on-demand stores without permission
